The GM ASEP training program is General Motor’s answer to the worldwide shortage of trained, professional automotive service technicians. The GM ASEP program is a 5 semester, 22-month long program that combines 42 weeks of classroom training with approximately 50 weeks of paid intern training at one of the over 70 Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, GMC, and Hummer dealers located across the state. The students will spend 8 weeks on campus and 10 weeks at the dealer, honing the skills they have learned in class. While the students are on campus, they will also be required to complete academic courses to obtain their Associates of Applied Science degree. This degree will guarantee a solid foundation for future life choices. Classes start every August so reserve your spot now.
